Returns & Exchanges

At Grimfrost Intl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your legendary gear. If your items do not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
